Owner Representation

As owner’s representative, we are responsible for representing the Owner’s interests throughout all project phases—from inception, planning and design to construction, completion and closeout. Working together with your team, our team acts as your advocate, representing your interests with the sole purpose of executing your goals and objectives, providing accountability among team members and ensuring the project stays on schedule and on budget.

With strong knowledge of LEED consulting and the application of the USGBC LEED Rating Systems, our team can assist you in maximizing your LEED credits and obtaining the desired level of LEED certification for your facility.
